Our pasture raised Mangalitsa ham is something special! Being fed an organic diet of woodland forage and nuts our pork boasts a unique flavor profile with the added marbling and delicious fat cap. Our ham joints weigh in at 6-8lbs and can be purchased cured or uncured.

Cured Ham - If you want a traditional ‘done for you’ ham for a family gathering or even just to feast on through the week, our hams knock deli meat out of the ball park with their succulent meat texture and flavour.

Uncured Ham - If the consumer push back on additives and preservatives has you in a tail spin, try our uncured ham which uses natural curing salts from celery juice powder.

Fresh Ham - For the budding charcuterie or DIY enthusiast, buy a raw fresh ham to smoke or cure at home ‘ country style’ or simply enjoy cooked low and slow just like a pulled pork roast.
